Oil 4 Wales Christmas Gift Appeal 2026

Swansea Bay Health Charity is delighted to partner with Oil 4 Wales this Christmas as the company launches a special gift appeal to bring a little extra joy to patients spending the festive season in hospital.
Throughout the Christmas period, Oil 4 Wales is encouraging its customers and supporters to get involved by purchasing gifts from a dedicated Amazon Wish List. The appeal will help provide Christmas gifts for 252 adult patients across nine wards at Neath Port Talbot and Singleton hospitals.
The gifts have been chosen with a wide range of patients in mind, including cosy blankets, toiletry and pamper sets, puzzle books and other thoughtful treats to bring a little comfort during what can be an uncertain time. Each gift will be a reminder that people in the local community are thinking of them, particularly over the Christmas period, when being in hospital can feel especially difficult.
People can support the appeal by purchasing items directly from the Amazon Wish List. The Oil 4 Wales team will then bring the donated gifts to the hospitals in December, ready for hospital staff to distribute to patients.
The Oil 4 Wales Christmas Gift Appeal aims to bring together the generosity of local people to give something back to patients spending Christmas in hospital, showing how a simple act of kindness can make a big difference.
“We are incredibly grateful to Oil 4 Wales for choosing to support our adult patients this Christmas.” Catrin Jones, Digital Fundraising & Engagement Officer at Swansea Bay Health Charity shares. “This thoughtful initiative recognises that adults can find this time of year particularly difficult when they’re away from home and their loved ones. Oil 4 Wales has been incredibly supportive in helping to choose thoughtful gifts that will bring comfort and a little Christmas cheer to patients across our hospitals.”
You can help spread a little Christmas kindness by choosing a gift from the Oil 4 Wales Amazon Wish List. Every gift will help make Christmas a little brighter for an adult patient spending the festive season in hospital.
